LCB Depot and Phoenix Square

The Leicester Creative Business Depot aims to support, stimulate and develop the city’s creative industries.

LCB Depot

Creative businesses can join the LCB Depot by renting one of 55 workspaces, taking an LCB Depot postal address or by accessing temporary office facilities. The building, in the heart of the cultural quarter also features exhibition and showcasing facilities, a public cafe/bar, and meeting and conference rooms for hire on an hourly or daily basis. These are available at discounted rates for LCB tenants.

Additionally, the LCB Depot Business Development Team provides free business support to LCB Depot and Phoenix Square workspace tenants as well as the broader creative community in Leicester.

Phoenix Square

The team behind LCB Depot also manage the workspace at Phoenix Square, continuing to support Leicester's thriving creative and cultural community.

Phoenix Square is home to three cinema screens, a digital exhibition space, and digital production facilities, workspaces, office units and a cafe/bar open to the public. It has 22 workspaces available for rent, ranging in size from 20 sq m (215 sq ft) to 90 sq m (971 sq ft).
