The Linwood workshops provide 17 workspace units of between 480 and 1000 sq.ft (44.6 sq.m - 93 sq.m) suitable for office or light industrial use.
The workshops are let on monthly tenancies, and are ideally placed for access both to the city, Leicester ring road and the M1.
