We want to improve the services we offer to you and would like to hear your comments about the transport that we provide.

If you, or someone that you care for, receives special transport provided by us (or one of our approved taxi companies) then we would like you to send us feedback, both good and bad using the contact details below.

Complaints

When we receive any complaints about the service, we try to put them right as quickly as possible as we work to the corporate complaint procedure. 

If you would like to complain or have cause to raise any concerns with us about the service, then we would like to hear from you.
