Reading groups
A reading group is an opportunity to try authors and titles you might not have considered and to share your thoughts about books.
There may already be a reading group locally that you could join, but if not why not start your own?
To find out more you can ask at your local library. To support your reading group we can lend you books, advise you on choice and provide a space to meet.
In 2008, East Midlands Libraries produced a pack of information for reading groups. Although it's a few years old, the information and advice is still relevant and many of the recommended websites are still active; however some links might no longer work.
At the bottom of this page you can download the reading pack and lists of books that are available in sets of ten copies or more.
