You can download it and are free to use it in a variety of ways. All that we ask is that you use it in accordance with the Open Government Licence which is linked above.
Sometimes we must redact some information from data sets. This means we have had to remove some data. This could be because, for example, it is personal data such as the name of a foster carer, or someone's home address.
We release many datasets via Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests (see link above). You can find these on our FOIA disclosure log. Many datasets on the log are in a reusable electronic format, where it is reasonably practicable to do so.
