Graduate recruitment

Attracting graduates is vital for Leicester’s economy. Through our graduate programme we aim to attract, retain and develop local graduates.

Our graduate programme offers a wide range of placement opportunities to under-graduates on a fixed-term basis, and for graduates either on a fixed term or a permanent basis.

Our placements are built around real work, and you will be actively contributing towards the prosperity of the city.

If you are a recent graduate or are studying for a degree at a Leicestershire university, please make sure you are registered with our jobs website. Opportunities will also be advertised with the University of Leicester, Loughborough University and De Montfort University.

We have opportunities for:

• Internships (12 weeks to be worked during the summer)
• Sandwich year placements (up to 50 weeks’ placement work)
• Graduate placements (various opportunities for recent local graduates).

All opportunities will be paid equivalent to £15,882 per annum, and successful candidates will have an induction which includes tasters in leadership and management.
