History and literature
Our variety of history and literature courses will give you the skills and knowledge about different topics, cultures and techniques. Our history courses will teach you about the past and how events or people have impacted society today and our literature courses will allow you to explore different techniques of writing to use in real life.
You will learn how to write autobiography, genre-based short stories and fiction using tried and tested techniques that explore your writing style, voice and the study of differing prose structures. We will explore the composition of characters and plot using prose, poetry and script writing techniques. We will use both reading and writing exercises to allow the creation of a diverse portfolio of your own work.
