Your garden

We are responsible for maintaining all communal areas of land around your home, but you are responsible for keeping your own garden cultivated and tidy.

This includes making sure that any of the following that form part of the property are kept in good order and not left to grow wild:

  • lawns
  • borders
  • hedges
  • trees.

If you want to improve the appearance of your communal areas, or get involved with their maintenance, please contact your local housing office.
