How do we use your information?

If you are homeless, or are likely to become homeless, we will provide support and assistance to you. As part of this we will share your personal information (including your name and date of birth) with the Department for Communities and local government.

They will use this information for research purposes, to help them work out how much support they will need to provide to us to help you and other people and households in the future. 

How will this affect you?

It will not affect your benefits, services or any treatment that you get. Your information will be anonymous in research findings, and handled with care in accordance with the law.

Why is your information being shared?

We are sharing your information to help improve the services your household and other households receive in the future.
