Ashton Green is a housing development, delivering new homes, employment and green spaces as part of a new community.

Ashton Green will make a substantial contribution to the number of new homes needed in Leicester over the next 20 years, and will raise our city's profile as the place to do business in the East Midlands. The site has the potential to provide quality homes and places of business, while protecting and enhancing the natural surroundings. As well as new homes, the development will bring employment opportunities, economic regeneration and social benefits for the wider community.

Ashton Green represents a fantastic opportunity investors, with 130 hectares of greenfield land for up 3,000 new homes, 10 ha of employment land, a commercial village centre and 50 ha of green space all ripe for development.

We will retain influence over the direction of future development of the site as land owner, and act as the local planning authority to ensure the long-term delivery of Ashton Green as a sustainable new community. With an outline planning permission, infrastructure delivery plan and phasing strategy already in place, and the first new homes occupied, we are now bringing forward further opportunities for development.
