Self-service facility
You can now do the following:
- pay rent, council tax, fines and other council services using a debit card in the self-service kiosk
- scan proofs to support applications for housing and housing benefit
- use freephones to talk to our services including housing officers, housing benefit, housing options and council tax
- use self-service computers to log on to our website and apply for services including:
- housing
- housing benefits
- parking permits
- blue badge
- council tax.
Computers and internet
Accessibility
The library is all on one level and has a wide entrance, an induction loop and an accessible toilet. We also have a large text keyboard and track ball mouse.
For Children and Young People
- Children's books for all ages, from babies to young adults
- Toddler time every Thursday from 10am - 12 noon
- Homework help on Wednesdays 3.30 – 6.30pm and Saturdays 10am – 1pm (term time)
- Baby changing facilities
